Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data that have been obtained from customers through the website www.heycloud.pl (“Website”).
  2. Consenting to the processing of personal data is voluntary. Any personal data provided is processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which consent has been given.
  3. To withdraw consent for the processing of personal data, an email should be sent to kontakt@heycloud.pl.
  4. The Website processes the following personal data:
    4.1 In the case of signing up for the newsletter: name, surname, email; Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to sign up for the newsletter.
  5. In the case of placing an order: name and surname, email address, phone number, residential address, delivery address, if different from the residential address, and optionally, entrepreneur data (company, address, tax identification number). By placing an order, the buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of carrying out the sales process, including shipping the goods and handling complaints, as well as for accounting purposes.

  7. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (GDPR) and the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 10024) on the documentation of personal data processing and the technical and organizational conditions that should be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing.
  8. This data may be transferred to third parties to the extent necessary to carry out the sales process, in particular shipping the goods, making payments, handling complaints, and accounting for sales. The list of entities that process data:

  9. The user has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it, object to it, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  10. The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they consider that the processing of personal data violates the GDPR or the Personal Data Protection Act.
  11. Personal data is stored for the period: 90 days.
    11.1 in the case of the newsletter: for the duration of the newsletter, unless a statement is made to opt-out of receiving it, which will result in the data being deleted from the database;
    11.2 in the case of placing an order: until the expiration of claims arising from the sales contract, including the warranty period, and with regard to data on VAT invoices for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the invoice was issued.
  12. The Website does not automatically collect any information except for the information contained in cookies (computer data). Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Website User (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and intended for using the Website.
  13. Data collected using cookies (“cookies”) are collected to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, sales support for the company’s customers, and the proper functioning of pop-ups and forms.
